Additional Studio Rental Details

Rental Rate

Studio rentals start at $125 per hour.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

Hours + Availability

We’re flexible. Rental availability depends on the studio schedule, and we’ll share current openings upon request.

Cleaning Expectations

We ask renters to leave the space in the condition it was found. Some of your rental fee goes toward standard cleaning. If the space requires excessive cleanup (for example: spills left on floors, trash not bagged, food smeared into places food should never be), additional cleaning fees may apply.
